Residential Equipment Operator

Join Erosion Control Central as an experienced Equipment Operator in Edmonton. Focus on final grading for new home construction and seamlessly transition into winter snow removal.

This full-time position involves operating skid steers and performing fine grading for residential lots. You will mark grades accurately, manage material placement, and ensure site safety on construction sites. With a commitment to efficiency, your work will contribute significantly to our residential construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate full-size skid steer for residential grading

• Perform fine grading for new home lots

• Accurately mark and check grades on-site

• Direct truck traffic and coordinate material placement

• Ensure safety on active construction sites

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience with skid steers

• Proven skills in grading and loaming

• Comfortable marking grades and managing truck flow

• Strong understanding of safety protocols

• Experience with Bobcat mini skid steer is a plus
