Join BC Eco as a Civil Construction Coordinator, managing remote projects while ensuring compliance and safety. Foster strong relationships with field teams and contribute to construction excellence.
In this remote role, you will oversee civil construction activities and support the operation of multiple job sites. Candidates should have experience in construction, scheduling, and documentation. The role requires a proactive approach to respond to site changes while promoting a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support civil project scheduling
• Review and file necessary documentation daily
• Maintain communication between teams and stakeholders
• Organize travel and training schedules
• Ensure competency in safety procedures and documentation
Requirements:
• Background in civil construction and utilities
• Strong multitasking and scheduling skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Capable of traveling to remote work environments
