Experienced Cladding Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Cladding Estimator in Edmonton to prepare accurate cost estimates and oversee bids in the growing construction sector. This full-time position emphasizes project delivery and estimation accuracy.

As a Cladding Estimator, you'll be responsible for developing cost estimates based on detailed project drawings and specifications. You'll conduct site visits to assess conditions and collaborate with project teams to support smooth project execution from tender to award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates and analysis

• Participate in site assessments for project insights

• Collaborate with subcontractors and project managers

• Review and analyze contract documents

• Assist in developing estimating tools and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of cladding estimating experience

• Strong proficiency in digital estimating software

• Ability to interpret construction specifications

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license for site visits
