As a valued member of the Edmonton-based Project Management team, you will support project managers and site superintendents in coordinating daily construction activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards.
- Salary: Up to $100,000 annually
- Location: Edmonton, AB
- Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off
- Employment Type: Full-time

- Support project managers and site superintendents with daily project coordination activities
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to ensure productivity and schedule compliance
- Attend site meetings including client meetings, safety meetings, and trade coordination meetings
- Assist project managers with pricing reviews, project tracking, and scheduling activities
- Help maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Monitor construction progress and communicate updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- Review project documentation, contracts, and specifications as required
- Assist in resolving project issues and coordinating solutions with trades and subcontractors
- Support overall project profitability, schedule attainment, and quality control objectives
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with project teams and site personnel
- Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- Post-secondary education in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience working with a general contractor is required
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience within commercial (ICI) construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, specifications, and project coordination processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- ASET or APEGA designation is considered an asset
