In this remote role, you will oversee civil construction activities and support the operation of multiple job sites. Candidates should have experience in construction, scheduling, and documentation. The role requires a proactive approach to respond to site changes while promoting a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support civil project scheduling
• Review and file necessary documentation daily
• Maintain communication between teams and stakeholders
• Organize travel and training schedules
• Ensure competency in safety procedures and documentation
Requirements:
• Background in civil construction and utilities
• Strong multitasking and scheduling skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Capable of traveling to remote work environments
