What You’ll Need Minimum five (5) years of civil/earthworks experience, including roadways/subdivisions construction
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driving record
CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
Completion of company and site-specific orientation
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OHS guidelines
Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Commitment to safety and teamwork
What Will Make You Stand Out Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Engineering Technology degree/diploma
Training in Leadership for Safety Excellence, Prime Contractor, CSTS‑09, Ground Disturbance Level 2, H2S Awareness, and WHMIS
Extensive knowledge of urban subdivision grading or industrial projects
