Drive impactful housing initiatives with Homeward Trust in Edmonton as a Development Project Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating affordable housing projects with a community-driven approach.
As Development Project Coordinator, you will oversee the planning and execution of affordable housing initiatives, encompassing acquisitions and new constructions. You will collaborate with various professionals and ensure seamless project delivery by coordinating essential activities such as funding applications, design, and construction monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily activities for development projects
• Support project planning, budgets, and tracking tools
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and progress
• Aid in funding applications and due diligence efforts
• Develop project reporting templates and documentation processes
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in relevant field required
• 3–5 years in project management or real estate development
• Experience with stakeholder coordination and funding partners
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software
