The ideal candidate will have more than three years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably within the petroleum industry. A CET certification is a plus, along with demonstrated experience in managing documentation and effective communication skills. An affinity for technology is essential in this fast-evolving role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep project documentation current and organized
• Review and coordinate construction documents and communications
• Deliver project updates and status reports efficiently
• Facilitate meetings and track action items
• Oversee purchase requisitions and manage change orders
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of project coordination experience
• Certification as a CET or similar qualification
• Proven document control and multiple project file management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Willingness to embrace technological advancements
