As a Power Line Construction Superintendent at Ledcor, you will take charge of field operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your leadership will ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold health and safety regulations on the project
• Supervise subcontractors and manage resource allocation
• Ensure construction aligns with plans and specifications
• Lead the field team to achieve project milestones
• Maintain oversight of project budgets and timelines
Requirements:
• Journeyman Power Line Technician certification
• 10+ years of experience in power line construction
• 5+ years working with industrial facilities projects
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with project stakeholders
