Position: Demolition Foreman Required

This permanent position requires a strong leader with at least four years of construction experience. You will oversee construction efforts, assign tasks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Strong communication skills and familiarity with construction plans are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise construction team activities

• Monitor project costs and labor performance

• Assign work to trades and field personnel

• Conduct weekly toolbox meetings for safety

• Document on-site project administration and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction

• Supervisory experience is essential

• Journeyperson Carpentry certification preferred

• Strong communication skills required

• Willingness to travel for work assignments
