Position: Construction Laborer Role

As a crucial part of our team, you will operate light machinery, organize materials, and assist supervisors with various duties. A strong foundation in construction practices is essential as you will engage in site clean-up and installation of construction fences, reinforcing our values of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run light equipment including skid steers and packers

• Organize tools and materials for daily tasks

• Provide spotting for equipment and trucks on site

• Assist supervisors whenever required

• Clean up the job site and install construction fences

Requirements:

• Valid CSTS; safety certificates like First Aid preferred

• Over 2 years of construction experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is a must

• Legal eligibility for D&A testing and background checks
