Experienced Demolition Supervisor

Lead demolition projects and ensure safety as a Demolition Supervisor with Downright Demolition in Edmonton. Oversee daily operations, manage field crews, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

In this full-time role, you will direct field activities and manage schedules for ongoing interior demolition projects. Your expertise in demolition methods will guide teams toward meeting project milestones efficiently. You will collaborate closely with estimators and project managers, ensuring that projects progress smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily crew activities and assign tasks efficiently

• Enforce health and safety compliance on-site

• Monitor production targets and project timelines

• Conduct quality control inspections during projects

• Coordinate equipment and material management

Requirements:

• Proven supervisory experience in demolition

• Strong knowledge of demolition tools and practices

• Relevant safety certifications (First Aid, CSTS, Fall Protection)

• Ability to read blueprints and project scopes

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transport
