Position: Full-Time Cladding Estimator

In this essential role, you will play a key part in United Roofing’s operations by leading the estimating process for roofing and cladding initiatives. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts and blueprints while conducting thorough quantity takeoffs. Your expertise in building envelope systems will guide project estimates and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical data and market benchmarks

• Lead coordination of bid preparation efforts

• Perform site reviews for accurate project assessment

• Research alternative materials and methods

• Present cost estimates to management and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in Building Envelope estimating

• Strong skills in Excel and take-off software

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications

• Valid Driver’s License is necessary
