Our client is actively seeking an Experienced Estimator to coordinate estimates ranging from $50M to $100M. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing designs, interpreting complex drawings, and establishing strong links with the subcontractor community. Your integral role will facilitate the precise delivery of bids and support impressive project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates reflecting scope and value accurately

• Support tender processes and ensure meaningful communication

• Analyze project designs to identify cost opportunities

• Maintain historical cost data for future projects

• Engage in client and subcontractor discussions and presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Technology Diploma in Construction or Engineering

• 3–10 years of estimating experience in Canada

• Familiarity with estimating software and techniques

• Strong multidisciplinary communication skills

• Excellent organizational abilities under pressure
