We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for managing project schedules, supervising teams, and ensuring quality control across various construction sites. Your ability to plan and organize will influence the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Select and coordinate trade subcontractors effectively
• Prepare construction project budgets and estimates
• Plan and track project schedules and milestones
• Supervise teams of 5-10 personnel
• Enforce quality control and risk management measures
Requirements:
• College/CEGEP education or equivalent
• Experience in project management (2-3 years)
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Highly organized and flexible
• Experience in contract negotiation
