Infrastructure Track Loader Operator

Thompson Construction Group is looking for skilled Track Loader Operators for its Infrastructure water and sewer projects in Edmonton. This temporary full-time role focuses on efficient back filling and safety adherence.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in track loader operations, ready to support land development and subdivision initiatives. You will work with colleagues to backfill various pipe installations and actively participate in safety practices, ensuring effective completion of projects while maintaining clear communication on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backfill mainline pipe and catch basins accurately

• Collaborate with Hoe-pack and Packer operators

• Participate in daily safety meetings and comply with protocols

• Report incidents and uphold communication standards

• Work cohesively as part of the construction crew

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Flexibility for working extended hours

• Class 5 Driver’s License preferred

• Ability to perform strenuous outdoor work
