Become a Lead Hand with CANADIAN ROAD BUILDERS focusing on Signs, Guardrails, and Crack-Sealing in Stony Plain, Alberta. Leverage your extensive road construction experience in this seasonal position.

This role requires leadership in crew management, safety compliance, and productivity enhancement. With at least five years in the industry, you’ll ensure job quality and effective communication among team members. You'll facilitate training, conduct site inspections, and track daily activities vital for operational success and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise crew and task delegation

• Maintain safety compliance and morale within the crew

• Facilitate safety meetings and pre-trip inspections

• Verify compliance with project specifications

• Track time cards and prepare detailed reports

Requirements:

• Preferred High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Over 5 years’ road construction experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Experience with proper equipment maintenance

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
