Construction Site Superintendent

Join Sterling Homes as a Construction Site Superintendent in Edmonton. This role focuses on onsite leadership, safety oversight, and ensuring top-tier project delivery in residential construction.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead onsite activities while ensuring construction aligns with designs and budgets. With at least three years of superintendent experience, you will communicate effectively with partners and manage site workflows.

Your role will also include safety compliance and delivering excellent customer service to home buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily onsite construction activities and teams

• Ensure compliance with design, quality, and budget

• Lead safety orientations and meetings on site

• Conduct inspections and resolve discrepancies effectively

• Interact with customers to address pre-possession inquiries

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

• In-depth knowledge of building codes

• Satisfactory criminal record verification process

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and construction software
