Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed mechanical cost estimates for various industrial sectors

• Analyze tender documents, specs, and drawings for project feasibility

• Collaborate with teams to develop competitive estimating strategies

• Mentor junior estimators and foster internal relationships

• Assist financial planning, budgeting, and risk assessments

Requirements:

• High school diploma with technical education

• 3-7 years of construction-related field and estimating experience

• Proficiency with estimating tools such as InEight and Excel

• Strong organization and time-management expertise

• Capable of interpreting construction scopes effectively
