We are seeking a Construction Operator/Labourer to assist our dynamic Construction division. This hands-on position requires operating construction equipment and performing tasks like site preparation, material handling, and project support. You will report directly to the Site Superintendent, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steers, forklifts, and loaders for construction tasks

• Perform excavation support and site cleanup activities

• Load, unload, and organize construction materials effectively

• Support various trades and assist with temporary site infrastructure

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in commercial construction roles

• Experienced in operating construction equipment on-site

• Valid driver's license for transportation

• Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in diverse weather conditions
