Construction Estimator

In this position, you will assess project specifications, manage take-offs, and prepare detailed documentation for the Construction Group. Your expertise in estimation will play a critical role in transitioning projects from bidding to execution, ensuring all materials are procured efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage material take-offs and documentation for project bidding

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and cost estimates

• Conduct preliminary project communications for clarity

• Coordinate material procurement in alignment with the Project Manager

• Maintain project tracking systems for accurate updates

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering Technology (Civil or Construction)

• Minimum two years of experience in construction estimating

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

• Strong decision-making and collaborative skills
