As a Senior Project Manager with Bird, you will oversee project performance, including costs, schedules, and quality control. You will be responsible for guiding a team while fostering future construction professionals and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Regular evaluations and mentorship of your project team will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Bird Safety Program across project teams
• Plan and schedule construction phases effectively
• Supervise and coach project team members continually
• Manage contracts and negotiate subcontractor performance
• Provide financial performance reports to Senior Management
Requirements:
• 10 years in Industrial Construction projects
• 5-10 years in Project Management and Estimating
• 5 years in a leadership role on construction sites
• Experience with projects exceeding $100 million
• Advanced MS Office & Excel proficiency
