Finishing Superintendent

Reporting to the Director of Construction, you're responsible for coordinating daily trade workloads and ensuring compliance with building codes. Your leadership will emphasize safety, quality, and effective problem-solving, enabling successful project handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate trades and supplier workloads

• Update site plans to prevent discrepancies

• Oversee construction tasks before home handover

• Enforce safety standards through regular inspections

• Resolve deficiencies within 30 days of possession

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3 years as a finishing supervisor

• Understanding of building codes and construction methods

• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual tasks
