UNDERGROUND DOZER OPERATOR – Water & Sewer Construction

WCL is looking for an experienced Underground Dozer Operator to support water and sewer operations following earthworks. This role focuses on trench backfill, material management, and supporting underground crews to keep work safe, clean, and productive.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3+ years experience operating dozers in underground water and sewer or heavy civil construction.
• Experience backfilling trenches and managing material around underground services.
• Strong understanding of working around open trenches, pipe crews, and other equipment.
• Ability to maintain grade while backfilling and shaping working surfaces.
• Comfortable working in tight areas and active underground job sites.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Strong awareness of job site and trench safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

REQUIRED TICKETS:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• WHMIS & CSTS 2020 (or willing to obtain).

SCHEDULE:

• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• 6 days on / 1 day off.
• Weather dependent work.
