This role at EIPS emphasizes your expertise in managing capital construction and facility modernization. You'll ensure compliance with building codes, oversee budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders including school administrators and contractors. If you're driven by impactful infrastructure projects, your contribution will shape learning spaces for over 17,750 students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead construction and modernization projects from planning to warranty
• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks routinely
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain project records and deliver detailed feasibility reports
Requirements:
• Certified Engineering Technologist or PMP certification is preferred
• Technical diploma in Architectural, Construction, or Engineering technology
• Minimum 5 years in managing infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
