In this pivotal role, you will manage schedules for multiple construction projects during pre-construction and construction phases. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing RFP documents, developing schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and updating progress regularly. You will also track delays, validate progress data through on-site visits, and generate impactful reports to enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze RFP documents for schedule development
• Implement standard scheduling practices using WBS structures
• Update project schedules with as-built dates weekly
• Generate “look-ahead” schedules for field operations
• Track labor and equipment usage throughout the project
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of construction planning experience
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
