In this important position, you will help maintain and strengthen a preventative safety culture across construction projects.
Your role will include conducting inspections, engaging with field teams, and providing expert training to mitigate hazards effectively. With 3-5 years of industry experience, your insights will drive safety improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and deliver safety-related education and training.
• Engage onsite workers to reinforce adherence to HSE standards.
• Support HSE initiatives and develop effective communication strategies.
• Analyze data to drive continuous safety improvements.
• Collaborate with operation leaders during inspections.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in the construction field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Valid driver’s license for site travel requirements.
• Genuine interest in advancing a long-term career.
