Project Lead in Road Construction

Canadian Road Builders seeks a Project Lead to supervise construction crews and ensure safety and productivity. This role involves leading projects while maintaining high standards and compliance.

As a Project Lead, you will oversee daily operations and manage crew tasks on-site in the road construction sector. Your experience in road construction and leadership skills will drive productivity while ensuring safety regulations are enforced. Collaborate closely with project management to meet project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise crews on assigned construction projects

• Conduct safety meetings and hazard assessments

• Prepare daily production and costing reports

• Collaborate with Project Manager on planning and equipment needs

• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred

• Class 3 driver’s license with valid abstract

• Minimum 5 years experience in road construction

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
