Position: Estimator Role
Transform project estimating with a key role at our Edmonton (Ellwood), AB office. Utilize strong estimation skills to develop competitive pricing and contribute to project success.

The Estimator will focus on developing detailed estimates according to company standards, managing subcontractor pricing, and analyzing project documents. With 5+ years in ICI construction, you will identify risks and opportunities while collaborating with clients and consultants. Your expertise will be critical in preparing preliminary budgets and construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop estimates following company procedures

• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and suppliers

• Conduct in-depth project document reviews

• Identify risks and competitive strategies

• Lead estimate submissions and negotiations

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 5+ years experience as an Estimator

• Proficiency in Timberline and On-Screen Takeoff

• Strong knowledge of construction documents

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
