Skilled Equipment Operator

Position: Skilled Equipment Operator Needed
Become a key player with Iconic Power Systems as an Equipment Operator based in Edmonton, AB. This role involves a commitment to safety and delivering quality results on construction projects.

We are actively seeking experienced Equipment Operators with a minimum of three years in construction, knowledge of hoisting and rigging, and familiarity with hydraulic equipment. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and be capable of mentoring emerging workers while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations with Foreperson effectively

• Mentor and coach apprentices to build team skills

• Review safety and environmental policies consistently

• Maintain equipment and document issues appropriately

• Provide support to crews after hours when required

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in the construction field

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License;
Class 1 or 3 is a bonus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Compliance with D&A testing and background checks

• Able to thrive in high-stress situations
