Mechanical Electrical Coordinator

As a Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Operations. Your expertise will guide pre-construction, construction, and startup phases for building systems including mechanical, electrical, and temporary site services. Expect a mix of office work and site visits to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed reviews of construction drawings for conflicts
• Assist in the development of project schedules
• Oversee quality control of mechanical and electrical work
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project documentation
• Conduct site inspections for compliance and safety
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in construction management
• 5+ years in mechanical and electrical construction
• Knowledge of engineering systems and commercial practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
