Superintendent Assistant Position

Street Side is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent in Edmonton to oversee multi-family construction projects. Ensure compliance and safety while guiding on-site teams.

This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong foundation in residential construction. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining safety practices, managing construction quality, and supporting team members on-site. Your ability to build trusting relationships will be key in liaising with trades and suppliers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site construction for new home projects

• Enforce safety practices according to Qualico’s standards

• Build and sustain positive relationships with trades

• Ensure work meets all building codes and quality standards

• Compile progress reports and maintain schedules

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant construction experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with construction processes and codes

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Proficiency in office and construction management software
