Collaborating with project teams, this in-office position involves site travel under 50% and reporting to the Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise health & safety employees across project sites

• Ensure implementation and auditing of HSE systems

• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and directives

• Foster a culture of safety in the workforce

• Prepare health and safety documentation for tenders

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of HSE leadership experience

• Related post-secondary education or technical degree

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior leadership

• Strong coaching and training skills in safety practices

• Experience conducting safety audits and investigations
