Atkinson Construction is looking for a seasoned Site Superintendent with over 10 years in hands-on construction, including 3 years in leadership. This role emphasizes collaboration with project management teams, technical proficiency, and effective communication to resolve on-site challenges. You will oversee subcontractors and team members while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring project milestones are met

• Collaborate on design and construction issues with project teams

• Supervise and inspect subcontractor work for quality assurance

• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and OHS regulations

• Prepare reports and documentation for head office

Requirements:

• 10+ years of construction experience, 3+ in a leadership role

• Proficient in blueprints and Alberta Building Code

• Strong trade coordination and conflict resolution skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract

• Ability to travel for out-of-town work
