Position: Project Manager at Integricon
Integricon seeks a knowledgeable Project Manager to oversee emergency and restoration construction projects efficiently. This role emphasizes site inspections, estimating, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

As a Project Manager reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will manage claims to guarantee profitability and adherence to Integricon's guidelines. Your responsibilities encompass site inspections for loss assessments, preparing estimates, and managing project timelines. Engaging effectively with insurance personnel and subcontractors is crucial for project success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site inspections and loss scoping

• Prepare estimates and computerized reports

• Update insurance and management databases

• Facilitate communication with subcontractors

• Manage after hours emergency responses

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant field

• 2 to 5 years of Restoration Project Management experience

• Proficiency with Xactimate;
