Hays is partnered with a growing general contractor that is expanding its presence in the Edmonton market and is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead a healthcare renovation project within an active hospital environment.

Having recently established operations in Edmonton, this contractor has already delivered projects locally and has multiple uing developments in the pipeline. With a small but growing team, this is an excellent opportunity to join apany during an exciting period of expansion and play a key role in its long-term growth.
Your New Role As Site Superintendent, you will oversee the successful execution of an interior renovation project within an active hospital setting. You will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are achieved while working in a live healthcare environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Foreman, or Foreman onmercial construction projects

Previous experience working within active hospital, healthcare, or other occupied facility environments

Strong understanding of interior renovation and tenant improvement (TI) projects

Excellentmunication and coordination skills

Ability to manage site activities while maintaining strict safety and operational requirements
