Position: Virtual Design Specialist at PCL Construction

In this role, you'll be integral to integrating digital construction strategies while working closely with project stakeholders. With 2 to 4 years of construction experience and a background in architecture or engineering, you'll review virtual models and coordinate trade deliverables. Your expertise will ensure that PCL continues to deliver excellence in every project undertaken.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and validate virtual models from project plans

• Supervise management of trade detailing and design steps

• Collaborate on construction-site logistics and RFIs

• Promote virtual construction tools for project teams

• Aggregate and maintain multidiscipline construction models

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field

• 2-4 years in construction, including 1-2 in VDC

• Proficient in 3D modeling software and related technologies

• Ability to read 2D and 3D construction drawings

• Strong communication skills for trade partner coordination
