Position: Superintendent at Novacom
Lead commercial projects as a Site Superintendent with Novacom Building Partners in Edmonton, Alberta. This full-time position offers a chance to manage significant renovations while working flexible hours.

As a key member of Novacom’s team, you will oversee renovation projects, ensuring quality management and schedule adherence. With a focus on commercial tenant improvements, you’ll be responsible for running the second shift and managing trades effectively. This role requires someone who values accountability and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the 2nd Shift and manage site operations

• Own the handover process to day staff

• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are met

• Coordinate scheduling and trade commitments

• Provide weekly updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience

• 2+ years in a superintendent role

• Ownership of projects from start to finish

• Journeyman Trade Certificate or equivalent

• Competent in Procore software for project management
