Construction Site Safety Advisor Anthem

Ensure safety compliance as a Site Safety Advisor with Anthem. You'll monitor safety programs, conduct inspections, and lead safety meetings at construction sites across Alberta and B.C.

As a Site Safety Advisor, you will be vital in maintaining a high standard of safety on construction sites. With a minimum of three years in safety and a CSO certification, you’ll conduct inspections, assist with incident investigations, and ensure compliance with local Occupational Health & Safety Regulations. Your strong communication and organizational skills will support positive relationships with trade partners and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid and conduct formal site inspections

• Collect and review safety documentation and permits

• Complete incident investigation reports when necessary

• Organize and lead monthly safety meetings with trades

• Evaluate compliance and maintain COR certification documentation

Requirements:

• CSO certification and at least 3 years safety experience

• Industrial First Aid Level 2 certification

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Trade background preferred for safety guidance

• Proficiency in Electronic Safety Systems like Site Docs
