Position: Turner & Townsend Cost Consultant Position
Become a Senior Cost Consultant with Turner & Townsend, working in Calgary or Edmonton. Your expertise in cost management will be key to delivering high-quality results across various construction sectors.

In this critical role, you will support and lead the cost management processes, including preparing and presenting cost estimates and final plans. You will collaborate with clients throughout project stages and utilize your knowledge of MEP systems to provide valuable insights into project costs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software is required to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver comprehensive cost planning services

• Prepare mechanical and electrical estimates effectively

• Conduct valuation checks and cost analyses

• Maintain client and consultant communication

• Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships

Requirements:

• Experienced Cost Consultant or similar professional

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Experienced in construction projects and estimating

• Familiarity with cost management software tools

• Membership in a professional organization preferred
