Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets

• Analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Support tender processes and bid comparisons

• Maintain and update estimating databases

• Participate in client meetings as needed

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of relevant estimating experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction or Engineering

• Understanding of cost drivers and estimating techniques

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Excel and estimating software
