With 15 years of experience in commercial and civil estimating, this senior-level position demands expertise in General Contracting. You will be responsible for developing bid strategies, producing accurate cost estimates, and facilitating cost-alignment workshops for major municipal projects, alongside negotiating with vendors to optimize project budgets and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful bid strategies

• Produce full-cycle cost estimates for projects

Requirements:
