In the Chief Estimator role, you will lead the estimation function for the utility sector, focusing on transmission infrastructure critical to successful projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that estimates reflect real-world execution scenarios, utilizing your vast experience in linear construction methods and project risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimates for transmission, distribution, and substations
• Review pricing strategies and execution standards
• Establish estimating methodologies and governance frameworks
• Validate assumptions with Operations and project leaders
• Participate in bid reviews and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years in utility construction estimating
• Strong acumen in cost modeling and risk integration
• Proficient in estimating tools and Microsoft Office
• Excellent mentorship and communication skills
