Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand grading drawings accurately

• Monitor excavations and assist operators around utilities

• Provide precise cut and fill directions during grading

• Set up barricades and safety signs effectively

• Perform equipment pre/post trip inspections

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Strong understanding of grades and survey markings

• Physically capable of demanding tasks and long hours

• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Pass a medical/fitness exam pre-employment
