Position: WCL Track Loader Operator Role
WCL is hiring an Underground Track Loader Operator to support crucial Water & Sewer Construction efforts. Bring your experience in material handling and trench support to enhance our operational efficiency.

As part of our team, you'll utilize over 3 years of experience in underground environments to manage materials around your fellow crew members. Your ability to safely navigate congested job sites will ensure compliance with our strong safety culture. You will be an integral part of maintaining site productivity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate track loaders for efficient material management

• Handle backfill and trench spoils competently

• Collaborate with pipe crews and foremen effectively

• Conduct daily safety inspections on equipment

• Demonstrate safety awareness in tight spaces

Requirements:

• 3+ years operating in heavy civil or underground construction

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required

• WHMIS & CSTS 2020 certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong focus on safety protocols

• Dependable and team-oriented work ethic
