As a key player in Ledcor, you will bring at least 10 years of experience in the pipeline industry. This site-based position involves conducting inspections, advising on safety systems, and implementing effective protocols. Your leadership will drive compliance and foster a culture of safety, engaging with various teams to exceed safety expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and ensure adequate safety equipment supplies
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Facilitate safety meetings and orientations for teams
• Develop and enhance safety documentation based on field needs
• Support incident investigations and hazard assessments
Requirements:
• 10+ years in the pipeline sector
• CRSP or relevant Occupational Health and Safety qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in risk assessment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to travel to multiple sites
