This office-based position at NS Modular requires a passionate and detail-oriented individual skilled in analyzing project specifications and performing accurate quantity takeoffs. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure estimates are competitive and reflective of project needs. This role may include site visits as needed and requires flexibility during bid closing periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings and project specifications for estimates

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost evaluations

• Prepare labor and material cost estimates diligently

• Evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors

• Participate in key client meetings and presentations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 3-7 years of relevant estimating experience

• Understanding of construction methods and cost control principles

• High proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft 365 tools

• Strong time-management and organizational skills
