As a key player in our team, you will manage job records, create purchase orders, and assist with reviewing construction drawings. Your ability to perform accurate markups and evaluate material costs will be vital in providing support to both production and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze construction drawings for project scope
• Collaborate on pricing and specification updates
• Track billing and communication with clients
• Prepare material quantity calculations for estimates
• Process job creation in estimating systems
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years of data entry experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and estimating systems
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
