Key Responsibilities:
• Simultaneously operate line pumps and maintain equipment
• Connect hoses and fuel machinery for operation
• Spot trucks and monitor concrete flow and pressures
• Keep track of concrete quantities and provide end-of-day feedback
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
• Preferred 0-2 years of experience in concrete operations
• Advantageous experience in foundation drilling
• Familiarity with equipment operation and safe procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
