Position: On-Site Electrical Foreman Role

At Rising Edge, your key focus as the Field Foreman will be overseeing daily on-site operations and guiding a dedicated team. With responsibilities in safety policy enforcement, project reporting, and resource management, your role will be vital in driving project timelines and quality deliverables. Collaborating closely with the Construction Manager/Site Supervisor, you will help resolve queries and maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction tasks according to project drawings and specifications

• Ensure timely submission of crew reports to management

• Train crew members on safety procedures and compliance

• Act as the main communication point for your crew

• Keep materials organized and manage equipment needs efficiently

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or relevant electrical certification

• 5-7 years of experience in construction

• Clean driving record with a valid license

• Familiarity with project scheduling and safety regulations

• Ability to travel frequently to different sites
